The flights are scheduled with a frequency of once a week on Saturdays. The flight departs from Gagarin at 03:30, arriving in Hurghada at 06:10. The return flight departs at 07:10 and arrives in Gagarin airport at 13:35.
Earlier on September 20, 2021, flights to another Egyptian resort, Sharm el-Sheikh, were launched from Gagarin Airport. The flights are operated with a frequency of once every ten days by Nordwind Airlines.
Before departure passengers should check the current border crossing regime and the anti-epidemic protocols in force. As of today, Russian citizens are allowed to arrive in Egypt with a vaccination certificate in English, bearing a QR code, provided that at least 14 days have passed since the second vaccine jab; or with a negative PCR test done not earlier than 72 hours before departure.
