Guests of the new Gagarin Airport (member of the Airports of Regions Holding) in Saratov will have an opportunity to purchase souvenirs, clothing, delicatessen, goods for travelers, printed matter and pharmaceuticals. Stores offering merchandise of such kind will appear in the check-in area and the waiting area of the passenger terminal.
“Operators of retail stores were determined as a result of a tender, to offer passengers a variety of goods traditionally enjoying the demand of air travelers,” Executive Director of the Gagarin International Airport Alexei Zhamkin notes. “Presence of stores and stands offering various goods to passengers is an important element of supporting the high service level,” he says.
Passengers and guests of the Gagarin Airport will have an opportunity to purchase gifts with emblems of the Saratov Region, craftwork and timber, natural rock stone, metal, bronze, china, ceramics and glass handmade items in Regional Souvenirs chain stores.
Connoisseurs of accessories, fancy jewelry, perfumery and cosmetics will be in a position to make purchases in the Olymp Travel Retail chain store. The store will be located on the second floor in the domestic departures area and will operate under the Duty Paid system.
The Siberian Cedar store situated on the second floor of the passenger terminal will offer various eco-delicatessen, like cedar brittles, berry marshmallows, cream honey and jams. You will find a wide range of valuable fish species, caviar and various fish delicatessen in the Fish Store.
The store of the Russian Bullfinch brand will offer passengers an opportunity of buying designer clothing and accessories, branded T-shirts with original prints and special souvenirs. The Toys to Go baby store will be opened for small passengers of the air harbor, where toys for children of any age can be purchased.
Travelers can find fresh newspapers and magazines, books and goods for the journey on the first floor, in the special stand for sales of printed matter. A pharmacy booth will also be opened on the first floor of the airport terminal to service visitors.
