Characteristics of the terminal

The spacious and technological passenger terminal is a part of the new Gagarin airport. The external image of the building is designed in the form of a "heavenly portal", involving passengers into the interior. With the help of simple and accessible design solutions and finishing materials it is managed to create a unique and effective image of the “air gates” of the city. The three-storey terminal building combines domestic international flights service. There is an adjoining landing gallery with stationary pedestrian bridges leading to the telescopic ramps on the side of the apron.
